Orders are processed and shipped normally within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday.

Shipping of the Colloid Silver Master to all Canadian locations is via Canada Express Post from our Canadian office.

Shipping of Colloid Silver Master to U.S.A. locations is from our U.S.A. office via USPS "Priority Mail, INSURED with delivery confirmation for purchases over $ 25.00". We use delivery confirmation and insurance to assure there are no lost packages, and damaged packages (rare) are covered.

Shipping of the Colloid Silver Master to all Overseas Locations will be based on the most inexpensive method or as per your instructions from our Canadian office. Shipping charges will be added to base price.

We will not be responsible for packages that are shipped to areas that we cannot confirm delivery, or insure. If delivery confirmation and insurance is unavailable to your Country, or area, we will contact you regarding your options before processing your order. Warranty and Return Policy

30 day money back guarantee for the Colloid Silver Master is as follows: If returned in undamaged condition and the tamper seal is unbroken. If returned in damaged condition fees may be charged for damage to such items. Returns are contingent of a 10% return process fee, Colloidal Silver Master may waive the return process fee at Colloidal Silver Master's sole discretion. Shipping is non refundable.

Three year Manufacturers warranty is limited to parts, and workmanship flaws, labor when applicable, to be accessed on an individual basis at the sole discretion of Synergenesis, Inc.
